Wargaming Mobile Publishing Program is designed to support talented developers and discover new mobile games with potential for publishing by Wargaming. This document sets the rules for submitting your game for review by experts of Wargaming Mobile Publishing Program (below also referred to as "we", "our" and "us"). By submitting your game for review through the online form here, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
It is important that your game meets the following criteria:
The game and other content you submit must be legal and not offensive to anyone. Please do not upload personal data of people who have not provided their consent to that.
Please note that when submitting a game to us you should also sign and return to us a scanned copy of the MNDA. Use this one if you have incorporated a company for your studio (link) or this one if you have not incorporated a company and do all your work as an individual (link). We prefer English but if you need help with a local language version of these documents please let us know at the email address below.
2. REVIEW, FEEDBACK AND PARTICIPATION
What could we offer to selected games?
Please note that a decision to publish a game involves different stages depending, among others, on the state of development of the game, funding requirements, publishing integration and legal review. If you game is selected, we will contact you with our feedback and admit you to our Mobile Publishing Program.
During the first stage of the Program, we may provide you with access to the Services from Wargaming accounts for up to six months so you can continue to develop your game using the Services as requested by and as hosted by Wargaming. You will be encouraged to improve your game and reach certain target KPIs.
Please note that at this stage we do not make any legally binding commitments or offers regarding the games submitted. The use of the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers, not guaranteed and can be stopped at any time. Specifically, your access to Amazon Web Services and Amazon GameLift is through a Wargaming account – it is not your account – and you will follow Wargaming’s instructions regarding their use. All details will be discussed separately with you. Wargaming does not make any warranties, representations or undertakings except for those expressly stated in this document.
If you reach the target KPIs during the first stage, you may be admitted to the second stage of the Program that will last for up to another six months. Your access to the Services may be extended subject to the same terms, and new KPIs will be set for you together with a potential, dedicated Project Manager, test campaign and development funding. Please be aware that if you pass the first stage and decide to continue your participation in the Program, Wargaming will receive a right of first refusal in relation to publishing your game. Terms and conditions of the second stage will be set out in a separate term sheet between you and us.
If at any time we or you decide to stop your participation in the Mobile Publishing Program, your access to the Services will be cancelled, but you may set up your own account to continue using them at your own expense.
